The agent surfaces the best-matching vacant position, resolves ambiguity when multiple matches exist, updates individual position fields through conversation, and creates a new position by copying a same-level position, all while keeping a human firmly in the loop. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program.
