Overview
The Contract Analysis Agent helps contract and procurement teams onboard legacy contracts faster by automatically reading uploaded documents and extracting the key information such as parties, dates, obligations, and key terms. Handles PDFs, Word files, and scanned documents, including lower-quality or older files, using AI-powered text recognition. Each extracted field is given a confidence score, and results are presented for human review before anything is saved, keeping teams in control of accuracy. Reduces the manual effort of digitizing and categorizing existing contract portfolios. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding EAC program.
