The Subscription Lifecycle Agent is an agentic solution designed to streamline and standardize the handling of subscription contract changes within SAP landscapes. It addresses common operational challenges faced by service and billing teams—such as manual validation of purchase order updates, inconsistencies across contracts and long processing cycles—by providing a unified capability to retrieve, validate, simulate, and execute subscription changes. The Subscription Lifecycle Agent can work with subscription contract IDs, automatically resolving dependencies, verifying contract eligibility, and determining the appropriate change process based on business context. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding EAC program.
