Overview
The Campaign Insights Agent performs campaign analysis based on a set of parameters extracted from natural language and generates a flexible report which can be used by the marketer to gain insights about historical engagement and revenue performance across channels. The agent analyzes campaign performance for email, SMS and mobile channels, using attribution and trend analysis, supporting decision-making and driving continuous optimization. The agent can also be used by the Campaign assistant as input for other agents. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding EAC program.
