The Lead Conversion Agent streamlines the transition from lead engagement to active sales pursuit. Once a prospect shows strong buying intent and the Account Executive confirms qualification, the agent automatically initiates the conversion process. It creates the necessary CRM entities, including the customer account and primary contact, ensuring that all relevant lead details and engagement history are carried forward. The agent then converts the lead into a qualified opportunity, linking it to the newly created account and contact. This ensures that the sales team can immediately begin managing the deal within the opportunity pipeline. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program.
