Customer provides access to the following tiered system landscape: Development system, quality system, production system
Customer provides the following information:
Access to any project documentation, including branding guidelines
System architecture diagram for items connecting to SAP Cloud Service
Configuration details for VPN, (optional) NAT, SMTP
License and configuration details for Google Tag Manager
Completed initial system setup questionnaire
Provide sample data by a mutually agreed-upon date
Access to source code repository where code will be stored
S-User for SAP to create tickets on behalf of Customer
CUSTOMER_SYS_ADMIN role assigned to SAP Team for Cloud Service
Valid SSL Certificates for all Custom Domains (based on SAP recommendations)
