Overview
The agent introduces a proactive approach to training compliance management in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. Instead of relying on static reports or manual follow-ups, the agent continuously evaluates learning assignments, due dates, learner behavior, and operational signals to identify potential compliance risks early, often 4–6 weeks before deadlines are missed. It provides clear visibility into at-risk learners, highlights underlying causes such as pending approvals, missed enrollments, or limited availability, and enables guided, in-context actions for both managers and learners. Managers gain structured oversight of team compliance posture and can take immediate action, while learners receive timely guidance to complete required training efficiently. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program.
