Data Management Orchestration Agent
Coordinates the specialized agents within the Data Management Assistant.
Overview
The Data Management Orchestration Agent is the central coordination layer of the multi-agent system and the primary contact point for all customer requests related to Data Management of SAP systems being transitioned e.g. ECC -> SAP S/4HANA. It interprets user intent, breaks tasks into sub-tasks, and routes work to the right specialized agents — scope selection, evaluation, prioritization — based on request context. It manages the full interaction lifecycle: parsing the prompt, invoking agents or MCP tools in sequence or in parallel, aggregating results, handling errors, and delivering a coherent final response. The Orchestrator maintains context across multi-turn conversations to ensure continuity. It enforces guardrails, monitors agent availability, and applies routing logic for reliable outcomes. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program.
