The Job Architecture Maintenance Agent helps HR admins and HRBPs continuously manage their organization's job architecture directly within Joule. As roles evolve and organizational needs shift, maintaining accurate role-skill mappings manually becomes time-consuming and error-prone. The agent analyzes Job Profile Builder (JPB) data alongside TIH Skills Library, employee Growth Portfolios, active job requisitions, and Employee Central position data to surface targeted maintenance recommendations. Before any change is applied, the agent shows downstream impact so admins make informed decisions. All recommendations respect role-based permissions and draw only on confirmed, active TIH skills. The agent never deletes data without explicit admin approval. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program and already leveraging JPB in their existing landscape.
