Overview

Failure Curve Analytics (FCA) uses Weibull distributions to predict the probability of failure (PoF) and failure metrics for a group of technical objects associated with a specific failure mode. The Weibull distribution, a well-established method for modeling failure times in reliability engineering, helps in the early detection of potential failures, thereby preventing their occurrence. The FCA metrics are calculated per failure mode for a group of technical objects, which can be either equipment or functional locations.
