AGILITA AG is a shooting star among SAP partners: The Swiss company has been growing
strongly for years, recently expanded to Berlin, and won the SAP MEE Award for Partner
Excellence 2024 for GROW.
However, with growth comes complexity. The company manages more and smaller
projects, engages in international intercompany business, and has introduced a new
management level. Furthermore, the number of employees has more than doubled in just
three years, from 92 to 190. Both human resources and project management are
stretched thin, and transparency is at risk. To unify the departments and enhance
efficiency, managing director Sandra Völler has decided to adopt additional cloud
solutions. She has issued a clear directive to her team: “Get us ready to scale!”
