Please use the link below to nominate your project for SAP ACE Awards 2025. Once we receive your request, you will be able to send us your completed pitch deck via email.

By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that you have read the Official Rules, and agree that your participation in the SAP ACE Awards (and the participation of any third party on whose behalf you are submitting the entry) will be governed by the Official Rules.

This year's award categories

The Game-changer

This category recognises companies that have successfully demonstrated enterprise-wide transformation:

  • A long-term transformation journey involving a complex implementation across different lines of business

  • Use of SAP solutions and technologies

  • Measurable outcomes in multiple functional areas

  • The project must have been deployed after July 1, 2023

  • Each nomination should mention a minimum of 3 KPI's which were positively impacted with relevant data points.

  • The project must have been deployed (Go-live) after July 1, 2023

  • Round 1:  September 20 to October 10, 2025

  • Round 2: October 11 to October 24, 2025

Evaluation Criteria

Get to know the companies that are up for this year’s awards.

Eligible entries will be judged in their respective categories as determined by the SAP ACE Awards Team. There will be two rounds:

 

Round 1

A panel of experts comprised of INDUS jury members and prominent business leaders will shortlist the entries that they determine to be qualified for Round 2.

 

Round 2

Each of the shortlisted entries in each category will be asked to present to a panel comprised of INDUS jury members and prominent business leaders (“judges”). Judges will review the finalists. Entries with the highest score in each category will be chosen as winners or award recipients in that category.

 

Evaluation of judges

Each entry will be evaluated by the Judges based on the following criteria (each of which will be equally weighted):

 

Use case:  

  •  A complex problem with a broad scope

  • Potential to drive significant change

 Solution:   

  •  An elegant solution that demonstrates creativity and out-of-the-box thinking 

 Business impact:  

  •  Compelling and quantifiable results 

 Experience:

  •  Evidence of substantial improvement in people’s lives or in the customer experience 

 Future impact:  

  •  Potential for driving revenue, increasing profitability, or introducing new ways of doing business

SAP architecture:   

  •  Innovative use of SAP technologies and solutions

SAP customers in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are eligible to apply for SAP ACE Awards.

Yes, any project that fits the required go-live timelines for the SAP ACE Awards is eligible for submission.  Projects that have won ACE awards in the past are not eligible.

No. Each submission can win only one award.

SAP customers can submit as many nominations as they like.

Yes, midsize companies can submit nominations in any category. When submitting, make sure to specify the company turnover.

No. We use the same pitch deck for all categories. After creating your submission, please save the file as a PDF and submit your nomination.

No. Each project will qualify for one category only. Our team can help you choose the right one. If, after submission, we feel that your submission could be in a more appropriate category, we will work with you to suggest alternatives.

A jury comprised of senior INDUS members and business leaders will select the winners after a thorough evaluation.

Yes—but only as a customer or on behalf of a customer (with the customer’s explicit consent).

The Game-changer: Recognises companies engaged in long-term, enterprise-wide transformation projects.

 

The Disruptor: Recognises companies that transform a specific functional area through innovation in the following sub-categories:

  • Customer experience management

  • Human capital management

  • Procurement transformation

  • Supply chain transformation

  • Manufacturing transformation

  • Finance and spend transformation

The BTP Innovation Champion: Recognises companies that have used the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to develop breakthrough solutions.

 

The Business AI Champion: 
This special category focuses on companies that used SAP AI tools/solutions to Innovate within their organisationsL

  • Consumption of Joule (Business user/developer/consultant) and/or embedded AI capabilities of SAP/Custom AI leveraged via AI launchpad/AI core 

  • Measurable outcomes

  • Detailed project architecture

  • Project must have been deployed (Go-Live) after July 1, 2023

  • Each nomination should mention minimum 3 KPI’s which got impacted positively with the relevant data points

  • A long-term transformation journey involving a complex implementation across different lines of business

  • Use of SAP solutions and technologies

  • Measurable outcomes in multiple functional areas

  • The project must have been deployed sometime in the last two years

  • Improved productivity, profitability, or customer experience within a functional area or line of business

  • Use of SAP solutions and technologies to deliver measurable outcomes

  • The project must have been deployed sometime in the last two years

  • Use of SAP low-code and pro-code tools to build an application on the SAP Business Technology Platform

  • Measurable outcomes 

  • Detailed project architecture

Your nomination will undergo multiple stages of evaluation and be judged by an independent jury comprised of INDUS members and industry leaders. We will contact you if we need additional information to support your nomination.

 

If your nomination is thoroughly prepared, we may not need to contact you during the evaluation process. In that case, you will be contacted only if your nomination is shortlisted.

We rely on more than a dozen expert panels to help ensure impartiality, and we refine our processes every year to maintain the integrity of the evaluation process.

As a matter of policy, SAP does not release the names of winners before the event. However, we still encourage you to invite your senior leadership team for learning, networking, and celebration—whether your organisation wins or not.
