The SAP Customer Excellence Awards for Southeast Asia (SEA) celebrate organisations that use cloud solutions from SAP to drive business innovation throughout the region. These awardees exemplify enterprises that are redefining industry standards through disruptive use cases, realising tangible business outcomes, and transformative adoption of SAP technologies.
2025 Awards program
The SAP Customer Excellence Awards for Southeast Asia (SEA) recognise businesses that have achieved signification results across seven award categories.
Entrants can select multiple award categories, but please ensure that relevant details for those categories are presented. Separate decks would be preferred.

Rising Star Award
These small and midsize enterprises are tapping into new models and markets—and setting the stage for long-term success. The Rising Star Award honours fast-growing organisations that are using GROW with SAP to embrace digital transformation.
HCM Transformation Award
The HCM Transformation Award celebrates organisations that are using SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions to improve employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
Finance Transformation Award
Recognising exemplary customers that have done transformation in with Advance Finance modules from Office of the CFO sub-portfolio, Ariba sub-portfolio, Concur Travel and Expense Solutions, and Taulia Working Capital Management Solutions.
Business Transformation Award
The Business Transformation Award recognizes organisations that process, architecture and/or user adoption as the underpins of their transformation.
Business AI Award
This award recognises businesses that have used SAP Joule, SAP Business AI or SAP AI for IT and Industry to automate processes, optimise operations & boost productivities.
Business Data Award
Line of Business and CXOs make impactful decisions with governed data and analytical applications. The Business Data Award honors enterprises using SAP Business Data Cloud and Business Technology Platform to unlock the value of integrated and unified data.
Business Suite Award
Organisations using RISE with SAP S/4HANA drive productivity, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience. The Business Suite Award honors businesses achieving large-scale transformation by deploying SAP Cloud ERP software and solutions for at least two other business lines.
