Overview
The Time Sheet Service Agent supports employees with all time-management self-services in a smarter, more intuitive way. Using local HR policies and AI-powered pattern recognition, it proposes timesheet entries based on previous periods. Employees can record attendances, absences and on-calls, then review and submit timesheets via conversational Joule with minimal effort - eliminating the need for HR Shared Service tickets. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding EAC program.
