Executive Biography
SAP Americas Team
Adriana Aroulho
President of SAP Latin America and Caribbean
SAP Americas
With a proven track record of leadership and over 25 years of deep experience in the IT
industry, Adriana Aroulho assumes the presidency of SAP Latin America and the Caribbean
in April 2025. This appointment follows her successful tenure of nearly five years at the
helm of SAP Brazil, where her people-centered leadership—with a strong focus on
innovation, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability—was widely recognized and awarded.
Joining SAP in 2017 as head of the Digital Business Platform in Brazil, Adriana quickly
demonstrated her vision and capabilities, leading to her appointment as Chief Operating
Officer (COO) in January 2019. During her time as COO, SAP Brazil distinguished itself as
the top-performing business unit globally. Her exceptional leadership led to her promotion
to President of the Brazilian operation, SAP’s largest market in the region, the following
year. Under her leadership, SAP Brazil significantly strengthened its position as a
benchmark in sustainable management, achieving its best-ever 7th place ranking in Great
Place to Work (for companies with up to 10,000 employees). Additionally, the Brazilian
subsidiary became the first within SAP globally to publish its own sustainability report,
outlining its commitments to environmental preservation, volunteerism, diversity, inclusion,
and social impact.
