This appointment follows her successful tenure of nearly five years at thehelm of SAP Brazil, where her people-centered leadershipwith a strong focus oninnovation, diversity, inclusion, and sustainabilitywas widely recognized and awarded.Joining SAP in 2017 as head of the Digital Business Platform in Brazil, Adriana quicklydemonstrated her vision and capabilities, leading to her appointment as Chief OperatingOfficer (COO) in January 2019. During her time as COO, SAP Brazil distinguished itself asthe top-performing business unit globally. Her exceptional leadership led to her promotionto President of the Brazilian operation, SAP’s largest market in the region, the followingyear. Under her leadership, SAP Brazil significantly strengthened its position as abenchmark in sustainable management, achieving its best-ever 7th place ranking in GreatPlace to Work (for companies with up to 10,000 employees). Additionally, the Braziliansubsidiary became the first within SAP globally to publish its own sustainability report,outlining its commitments to environmental preservation, volunteerism, diversity, inclusion,and social impact.

Her strong academic background includes adegree in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP), a postgraduate degree inBusiness Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an MBA in InformationTechnology Management from FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração, USP). In 2015,she earned a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Stanford School ofBusiness.A prominent figure in Brazil, Adriana was included in Forbes’ “Women of Success” list andhas received the “Leaders of Brazil” award twice in the IT category from LIDE. Herachievements include being named IT Executive of the Year in Governance by IT Forum(2023) and ranking among the top 50 most transformative CEOs in Brazil by HORSE. In2024, she was honored as “Female CEO of the Year” by Brazil’s leading human resourcesmedia consortium, Grupo Gestão RH. Adriana leads the LAC region from her base office inSão Paulo, Brazil.
