UK Subsidiary Company - Section 172 statement

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and as subsidiary of SAP SE, Walldorf, Germany, SAP (UK) Ltd is required to include a statement in their strategic report which describes how the directors have had regard to the matters set out in section 172(1)(a) to (f) when performing their duties as directors under section 172 of the Companies Act 2006 (commonly known as a “section 172 statement”).

Modern Slavery Statement 2024

SAP (UK) Limited has released a Modern Slavery Statement in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, detailing the actions taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain.

The company expects its suppliers and partners to respect human rights and has policies in place to ensure ethical business practices.

UK Tax Strategy

SAP is committed to complying with all tax laws and regulations in the territories in which we operate including the UK, while also maintaining open and constructive relationships with tax authorities.  Compliance for us means paying the right amount of tax in the right place at the right time and involves disclosing all relevant facts and circumstances to the tax authorities while also claiming reliefs and incentives where available under law.

SAP Ireland Gender Pay Reports

Organisations with over 250 employees are being asked to report on their Gender Pay Gap.  There are two SAP companies in Ireland that have > 250 employees being SAP Service and Support (Ireland) Limited and Business Objects Software Limited.  SAP has prepared a Gender Pay report for each of these companies details of which are published in this report.

Statement of Investment Governance – SAP Ireland Pension Scheme (September 2025)

This document outlines the investment governance framework for the SAP Ireland Pension Scheme, including trustee responsibilities, investment objectives, strategy design, and ongoing monitoring processes. It explains how investment decisions are made and reviewed to support members’ retirement outcomes.

Trustees’ Annual Report – SAP Ireland Pension Scheme (Year Ended 31 December 2024)

The annual report provides a comprehensive overview of the Scheme’s financial position, investment performance, governance arrangements, and membership activity for the year ended 31 December 2024. It includes audited financial statements, a statement of risks, and the trustees’ report.

Trustees’ Annual Report – SAP Ireland Pension Scheme (Year Ended 31 December 2023)

This report summarises the Scheme’s operations and financial results for the year ended 31 December 2023, covering contributions, benefits, investments, governance, and member movements. It also includes audited accounts, risk disclosures, and valuation information.
