As Managing Director, Leila leads the team, executing SAP’s UKI strategy with a focus on driving customer success, building a resilient business in the cloud and creating followership from employees, customers, and partners. A passionate leader with extensive experience managing organisations and scaling high performing teams across large complex markets, Leila has held senior executive roles across the UK and Ireland as well as EMEA since joining SAP in 2017.
Leila is no stranger to the UKI, having served as the market unit Chief Business Officer before accepting this appointment, where she was responsible for executing SAP’s UKI go to market strategy, sales and demand generation whilst driving customer lifetime value as part of its focus on transforming to a cloud company.

Renaud is a high performing finance executive with over 20 years of international experience in the software industry, with a focus on Cloud/SaaS, new business models and partner & channel ecosystems. As CFO of SAP UK & Ireland, Renaud is dedicated to building high performing teams and ensuring diversity & inclusion across the business.
Born in France, Renaud holds several post-graduate diplomas from UK and French universities in Finance and Business Administration.
Paul has been the Chief Business Officer at SAP UKI since November 2024 and is responsible for leading business operations and strategic initiatives that drive growth and value.
In his 14 years at SAP, Paul started his SAP career as a business operations intern before joining the Sales Academy, going onto lead Line of Business and Industry sales teams, and support demand generation in the COO Office. This variety of roles has given Paul a deep understanding of the different aspects of our business, operations, and culture.
Michael has over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of driving business transformation in both the UKI and Asia Pacific.
As Head of Services for SAP UKI, Michael’s primary responsibilities include delivering on SAP UKI services objectives, leading on strategic planning, and overseeing the implementation of key programmes. With a deep understanding of client challenges, Michael focuses on collaborating with his team to drive value and deliver results.
During his 15 years at SAP, Michael has launched various new divisions and led on major customer programmes and large-scale, complex initiatives.
