If you are an SAP customer, please access the SAP for Me customer portal. It is the central access point and go-to destination for SAP customers to view details on their SAP cloud tenants' availability, including maintenance schedule and more.

Please note that the cloud solutions portfolio from SAP will undergo incremental integration into the cloud service status. At this time, the cloud service status displays SAP’s public cloud portfolio.Across all cloud services, SAP aims for 99.7% availability, unless otherwise stated in the supplemental terms and conditions. Downtimes related to regular maintenance or major upgrade activities (see SLA document) are not reflected. A disruption or degradation is only visible in the cloud service status if its duration is at least five minutes and if at least 5% of the productive systems in a data center are impacted.

A detailed customer view, including all downtimes and maintenance for customer-specific tenants, is available in SAP for Me.

The availability data on the cloud service status page is updated every five minutes or less.

SAP cloud services are displayed in alphabetical order and grouped by product portfolio. Use the search functionality to find your specific cloud services or filter results by product portfolio group.

SAP for Me is the central gateway to improve the SAP customer experience along digital touchpoints, including your personalized cloud availability information. Customers can access SAP for Me with their S-user or SAP Universal ID. Visit SAP for Me, go to the Customer Dashboard, and click Systems & Provisioning to get an overview of your cloud systems and their current availability status.

The cloud system notification subscriptions  application makes it easier to add, customize, and manage subscriptions to notifications from the Cloud Availability Center service. With this tool, customers using cloud solutions from SAP can remain informed and receive timely updates regarding SAP cloud services, including but not limited to planned and unplanned downtimes and customer communications.
