WalkMe's AI Knowledge Indexing processes connected knowledge sources—such as webpages and files—by extracting text-based content and converting it into vector embeddings for semantic search. The indexed content is securely stored so WalkMe's AI services can efficiently retrieve relevant company information, making AI assistance tailored, relevant, and grounded in company policy. For example, rather than relying on generic LLM guidance, you can index company wikis to make that knowledge accessible when generating real-time guidance for end-users. AI Knowledge Indexing is part of WalkMe's Contextual AI Assistance Suite—encompassing Pinned, Proactive, and On-Demand AI services—designed to inject AI-powered guidance into user workflows and improve productivity and compliance. Available as a Base AI feature at no charge through end of December 2026, after which it becomes a Premium AI feature. Learn more via the overview link.
