Bot uses the excel template to create user roles in SAP LOGON system
Bot validates the user data and updates the excel. Once it is done followed by successful user details, bot creates the users in SAP system and the status of user will be updated to the excel sheet. This is followed by sending updates to the concerned team with reasons. Works with SAP Build Process Automation.

Once all the end-users fill in the details in the template sheet, the updated excel will be validated to highlight the valid and the invalid entries with reasons.
Triggered either manually or by a scheduled automatic trigger
When there is a need to create user-IDs and we have the details of the users, the bot can work in the backend when triggered. Trigger can be either manual, or with a set schedule. The required IDs will be created and an update will be sent to the team.

In case of human interaction with large amounts of data, there are high chances of errors while role-creations. The bot conveniently validates the data before-hand, and only the data in proper format will be used to create the user roles.
