Overview
The Calibration Equity Agent helps HR professionals and people managers to identify potential inconsistencies in employees' performance ratings before or during calibration. By analyzing reviewer patterns and rating quality within the session, the agent identifies potential issues or rating inconsistencies worth a closer look, provides detailed analysis, guides users through the next steps, and helps notify the relevant direct managers when a rating may benefit from further review, helping organizations reduce the risk of unfair outcomes and build greater confidence in their calibration process. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program.
