Overview
The agent generates tailored goal recommendations by analyzing employee context, such as job role, title, and goals from the previous year, together with guidance from goal plans and reference documents uploaded by users, such as strategy briefs and role guidance on creating goals for their role. It also incorporates performance signals, including feedback and achievements from Continuous Performance Management, to identify focus areas for improvement and growth. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding Early Adoption Care (EAC) program.
