Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement refers to enhancing existing features or functionality of SAP products and services,
which may involve the use of personal data originating from the same product or service as described in your
Agreement. Continuous improvement activities of SAP products and services are governed by your Data
Processing Agreement, including the security measures specified therein.
Other Product Development
Continuous improvement is distinct from other product development activities, such as the creation of new
features or functionalities, which are governed by the Product Development Schedule. For more information,
