Manish Prasad is the principal driver of SAP’s growth and innovation strategies in the IndianSubcontinent. He is responsible for delivering an exceptional SAP experience to employeesand a strong customer base across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Sandeep Ujire Padvetnaya is the CFO of SAP India Subcontinent, overseeing financial operations across the company’s six entities, including SAP India, SAP Labs, Ariba India, Ariba Technologies, Concur India, and Callidus Cloud India. In his role he’s responsible for driving growth, strategic financial planning, manage P&L performance and compliance.
Rahul Baheti leads Market Development & Advisory unit for SAP in the Indian Subcontinent, driving customer-focused strategies and demand management to deliver sustainable growth. In his new role, he oversees SAP’s Go-To-Market strategy and business planning ensuring customers derive value with SAP at every step of their digital transformation journey.

As the Managing Director & Sr Vice President of SAP Labs in India, Sindhu is responsible for product development and innovation at SAP's Research & Development facilities in India.
Milesh J is the Head of Strategy & Operations, SAP Labs India and he is responsible for the overall location strategy and operational efficiency of SAP Labs India.
He drives the innovation charter and key strategic initiatives for the organization, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring overall strategy alignment with the broader objectives of SAP.
As the head of Human Resources for SAP in India, Shweta provides HR leadership across the region for all entities including R&D, Sales, and Services organizations. She is responsible for designing and executing the people strategy as well as elevating our People Culture. Her focus is to deliver future-oriented and holistic people experiences, leveraging globally proven initiatives tailored to our local needs, with well-being and employee happiness at the heart of it.
