Rahul Baheti leads Market Development & Advisory unit for SAP in the Indian Subcontinent,
driving customer-focused strategies and demand management to deliver sustainable growth.
In his new role, he oversees SAP’s Go-To-Market strategy and business planning ensuring
customers derive value with SAP at every step of their digital transformation journey.
Prior to this, Rahul was the Chief Business Officer, where he led SAP India’s business
operations with a strong focus on building a sustainable future for the organization.
With over 27 years of experience in operations, sales and strategic planning, Rahul has been
instrumental in maximizing customer success while accelerating growth, optimizing
productivity at SAP India. His expertise spans sales cycle management, business
transformation, and operational excellence, helping SAP strengthen its market position in
India.
Before SAP, Rahul served as Head of Finance at Honeywell Automation in Pune, bringing a
strong foundation in finance and strategic leadership. A qualified Chartered Accountant with
a national rank, Rahul combines deep industry knowledge with a results-driven approach.
He is currently based in Mumbai with his family.
