How to link your e-mail addresses
to one SAP Universal ID
Follow these steps to maintain access to all your SAP Certifications and
credentials under a single SAP Universal ID - your personal SAP ID for life.
Identify your e-mail accounts
• Determine which e-mail accounts you wish to connect to your SAP Universal
ID (SAP UID).
• If you have multiple e-mails (e.g., work e-mail and personal e-mail), ensure they
are all connected to the same SAP UID.
Link your e-mail addresses to one SAP UID
• Visit SAP Universal ID Management.
• Log in using your current SAP UID.
• Add additional e-mail addresses (both work and personal) to your SAP UID profile.
Two e-mail addresses are required.
• If e-mail A is a work e-mail, add your personal e-mail to your SAP UID to prevent
losing your certifications in case you can no longer access your work e-mail.
• Skip this step if e-mail A is already your personal e-mail.
Update your Credly account
1. Go to Credly Support.
2. Add the same e-mail addresses linked to your SAP UID.
3. If you have multiple Credly accounts, merge them using this guide.
Confirm on SAP Learning Platform
1. Log in to SAP Learning site.
2. Navigate to “My Learning” → “Certifications”.
3. This will trigger an automatic backend process to sync your SAP Certifications
with your SAP UID.
