Bot creates purchase orders and sends the response to the intended recipient
The automation will search for the purchase requisition form from the email and downloads the attachment. The data will be read from the form. After setting up a business application programming interface connection, it will open transaction ME22N in SAP Logon. It will set the purchase order number and create an attachment, which will then be sent via email to the intended recipient. Works with SAP Build Process Automation.

Reduce manual effort in creating a purchase order
Downloads purchase requisition forms based on a specific subject line from the e-mail. The data is read from the attachment, and a purchase order is created automatically for the given purchase requisition form.
Can be triggered manually when required or automatically by a scheduled trigger
Manual run of the bot is possible upon requirement. But for routine processes, a scheduler can be set to create a BAPI connection which can be used to trigger the solution without manual intervention.
Secure authorization by means of controlled access to environment
To ensure security to the process, the bot creates purchase order for the given purchase requisition details only after valid login onto SAP Logon by an authenticated user with access to transaction code ME22N.
