Solution is bundled with asynchronous API technology to generate e-Invoices in near real-time. These APIs can be used by client invoice systems as channel of integration.

Reconcile invoice data with source system to avoid mismatch with tax return

Dashboards giving holistic view to taxpayers to view sales, trend analysis and error identification along with summaries with the capability to visualize data at various unit levels which will help companies to reconcile the data with their books and tax returns.

Protect client's confidential data through our data security measures

Solution is ISO 27001 standard certified and is periodically assessed by computer emergency response team empaneled third party agencies for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing. Solution is accessible only from whitelisted IP ranges, and defense in depth security approach is implemented.

The solution is compliant as per Phase 1 and Phase 2 of e-invoicing requirements published by ZATCA (tax authority). It helps in near real-time generation of compliant e-invoices meeting all the technical requirements such as creation of unique identifier, documents hash, previous document hash, etc.

Solution UI supported in Arabic and English language

Solution incorporates Arabic language along with English when generating e-invoices. As part of API payload/file upload, both Arabic and English attributes can be given by clients.

Generation of compliant invoice

ZATCA (tax authority) mandates generation of PDF-A3 compliant invoice which would have an embedded signed XML file. This format is also further customizable as per user requirements.
