Download the user system access application form from the web site and verify the applied roles is applicable by checking if these roles exists in the back end system and user don't have the role assigned yet.
Access SAP GRC system to create the user request
Log into SAP GRC system and select the template to apply the user request, depending on the user existence of the back end system, the corresponding template (new or change)
Email notification
RPA will record the user request and regularly check the status of request in SAP GRC system, when the status has changed, the notification will be sent to the IT support team and end user.
