Overview
Workers can report safety concerns directly by describing what they observe on the floor, with risks assessed and actions suggested based on the situation and past data. The Workplace Safety Agent guides safety managers through post-incident checks and notifications, updates of risk assessments, such as adding newly identified hazards, and revise safety instructions, all within a single conversation in Joule. What once required manual collection and cross-team coordination now happens automatically, reducing response time and supporting a safer working environment. Please note: This agent is currently only available for eligible customers enrolled within a corresponding EAC program.
