How do I connect with my customer on SAP Business Network?

To establish the connection with your customer on SAP Business Network, you need to have both a supplier account and an invitation to transact from your customer. Two scenarios are possible: Receive an invitation to transact (either through a Trading Relationship Request, or from an interactive purchase order), inviting you to create a new account or connect to an existing one. Create a new supplier account from https://supplier.ariba.com, then share the account number ID with your customer so they can establish the trading relationship.
