Bleu and Delos Cloud today announced two joint initiatives on digital sovereignty that mark a decisive step in their Franco-German sovereign cloud partnership. Building on the mutual assistance agreement signed in November 2025, the two companies are now moving from commitment to execution: the creation of a joint Cyber Defense Centre for cybersecurity resil-ience and a shared AI infrastructure investment program that will give sensitive public sector organizations in France and Germany access to sovereign AI capabilities.
