Swiss Post: Delivering an award-
winning postal service for Switzerland
and beyond
As the national postal service of Switzerland, Die Schweizerische Post AG (Swiss Post)
has more than 50,000 staff members, making it the country’s second-largest employer.
With branches in 25 countries, Swiss Post has ranked number one in the world for five
consecutive years.
Its real estate division was manually managing investment project applications by using
Microsoft Excel–based spreadsheets and workflows. As a result, the overall process
from submitting to approving the applications tended to be confusing, complex, and
lacking in certain information.

After: Value-driven results
• Increased the efficiency in handling real estate investment project applications by automating the
data transfer between project management and dossier approval
• Simplified the application process with workflow management and optimized the approval process
