The underlying question behind everything HARTING Technology Group does is: “What
long-term impact will our actions have?” This has been true since Marie Harting saw a
four-leaf clover on a vacant lot in 1945 and interpreted it as a sign that the family-owned
business should base itself there.
Today, whether producing industrial connectors, bulk cables, or e-mobility charging
equipment, HARTING strives to protect and preserve nature’s diversity and uniqueness.
So, when Spain introduced a new law requiring companies to account for their use of
nonreusable plastic packaging, the company was fully on board. But it needed a robust
solution to aid compliance and expert help to implement it successfully.
