The benefits of SAP Business Network Supplier Portal include:
Improved efficiency with automation: Orders generated from the
premium and premium plus editions for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Private Edition are digitally transmitted to your suppliers over SAP Business
Network Supplier Portal. Suppliers can access orders using the supplier
portal, enabling near-real-time feedback and collaboration.
Improved compliance: You can configure rules on the network to help
ensure compliance with your business processes. Invoices and other
documents received from your suppliers are validated against these rules
and rejected if noncompliant, which reduces the need for manual
processing.
Invoice visibility: Suppliers can “flip” their orders and create an invoice,
and then send that invoice digitally to their buyer customer using the portal.
They can also access invoice status and payment remittance details on
their supplier portal dashboard, reducing the inquiries to your accounts
payable team.
Faster time to value: SAP Business Network Supplier Portal can be
deployed in parallel with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, allowing you
to leverage preconfigured processes and embedded services for smooth
ERP integration.

• Invoices (invoices and invoice status update)
• Payment remittance (scheduled payments, remittance advice, remittance
