• Windows Server has to be installed with Desktop Experience.
• Windows 11 latest tested version is 22H2 (tested with CR2020 SP03).
• Windows 10 latest tested version is 22H2 (tested with CR2020 SP03).
• Newer Operating System updates / patches are compatible by reference but will be planned for certification in an upcoming CR2020 SP.
• Windows versions no longer supported by Microsoft like Windows 8.1 and 2012 R2, are also no longer supported by SAP Crystal Reports.
• Check Knowledge Base Article 3204578 for an occasional Windows 11 specific OLE image issue and workaround.
