Joule Assistants coordinate Joule Agents through deep role and business context. Once directed by the assistant, agents connect relevant data, tools and applications to perform specific tasks such as analyzing data, triggering actions, interacting with systems, and executing steps in a workflow. Joule Assistants surface through Joule Work.

Multi-agent systems are networks of AI agents that collaborate to complete tasks—breaking complex work into coordinated actions that speed decisions and automate end-to-end processes.
