Operating in the background, it captures fields such as country/region, ID type, ID number, and validity dates when a new hire uploads their ID during Personal Data Collection or employment eligibility verification. The system then prompts the new hire to validate the extracted data before submission, allowing manual correction if needed. To activate this feature, you will require to configure SAP Document AI, embedded edition and SAP Document AI workspace. Please note that the pricing details of both features may apply.
