SAP Learning Hub is best for people who are new to an SAP solution and need structured preparation for certification, not just exam attempts. With a subscription, guided learning plans support you with expert-led live sessions, hands-on practice systems, and other certification preparation resources. It also includes four SAP Certification exam attempts and access to stay-certified assessments.

 

SAP Certification exam attempts are a better fit for experienced SAP practitioners who are already comfortable with the relevant SAP solution and only need to validate their skills.

SAP Learning Hub and free, self-paced courses through SAP Learning include formats such as reading-based lessons, videos, quizzes, interactive exercises, guided learning journeys, and assessments. SAP Learning Hub also provides expert-led live sessions, hands-on practice in SAP systems, AI-assisted learning tools, certification preparation, and stay-certified assessments.

For foundation-level skills, learners can gain a Record of Achievement by successfully completing quizzes in dedicated learning journeys.

 

For intermediate and advanced skills, the SAP Certification offers trusted recognition and validation of expertise through exams. SAP Learning Hub subscribers can attempt up to four SAP Certification exams per year.

The SAP Learning content library is available in up to nine languages, including English, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Russian. Please note not all content is available in all languages listed.

Learners can get and stay certified with a subscription to SAP Learning Hub. A subscription provides access to all resources you need to prepare for certifications, take the certification exams with four attempts included, and stay certified with access to annual assessments, which are short quizzes.

SAP Certification exams are performance-based assessments designed to validate real-world skills in a specific SAP solution or role. Instead of answering multiple-choice questions, candidates complete practical, role-specific tasks in authentic SAP environments, demonstrating their ability to apply knowledge and solve real business challenges. Successful candidates earn an SAP Certification that validates job-ready capability. If a candidate does not pass, they can retake the assessment using one of their available exam attempts.

 

In contrast to SAP Certification exams, stay-certified assessments are short quizzes with unlimited trials. The assessment covers only the knowledge needed between releases to make sure learners stay continuously informed about solution updates. Additionally with the SAP Learning Hub subscription, learners have access to dedicated learning materials, like live sessions to prepare for the assessments. Stay certified assessments are accessible only with an SAP Learning Hub subscription.

 

If a learner doesn’t have an SAP Learning Hub subscription to complete the stay certified assessment, and their SAP Certification expires, they need to repurchase and retake the full SAP Certification exam.
