Currently, purchasers cannot negotiate prices for low-price items cost-effectively. This bot can autonomously negotiate prices in the Cloud (powered by SAP BTP), process quotations and thus reduce tail spend. Our solution integrates via API calls into SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Sourcing RFQ processes.

The bot operates autonomously in the negotiation process. The bot handles the validation, negotiation, and quotation by himself. Consequently, manual effort is reduced.
Purchaser can focus on high-value activities
The Negotiation Bot conducts the, relatively, low-value negotiations. This will create more time for the human purchaser to concentrate on higher-value activities.

Negotiating prices
The chatbot negotiates prices for low-price items for which otherwise there might be little or no negotiation with the supplier and thus reduces tail spend.
Starting the negotiation process autonomously and verifying the Supplier
Suppliers can start the process without reaching out to the purchaser. A unique Token is sent via E-Mail to verify the Supplier and confirm the initial order details from the connected System.
Accepting or Rejecting Supplier offers
NeBo evaluates the supplier offers based on the given criteria. The Bot autonomously decides to accept, counter or reject an offer and avoids the supplier to restart the Negotiation after a Bot decision is made.
