SAP Young Professionals program

The SAP Young Professionals program is a free, full-time training initiative for recent graduates who are unemployed or underemployed and eager to launch a career in Tech consulting. Over 2-3 months, participants gain hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Business Data Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and Generative AI, among others, all taught by SAP experts. Graduates earn SAP Associate certifications and develop real-world consulting skills.

Enrollment

Once participants are selected, they will begin a high-intensity, structured learning path to earn free certification in a specific SAP solution. The course is expected to take 2-3 months in total. Full commitment required*

Yes! Graduates selected receive world-class training fully sponsored by SAP as part of its Digital Skills Center initiatives.

How can I hire SAP-certified consultants from your talent pool?

You can request a list of available consultants trained through SAP’s Digital Skills Center. Candidates can be filtered by region, SAP solution area, or language, depending on your project needs.

What SAP skills do your consultants have?

Our consultants are certified in key SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Generative AI, among many others. They also receive training in business process integration, project readiness, and soft skills to ensure they can contribute effectively to project deliveries from day one.

Can I request consultants with specific skills or regional availability?

Yes. We can provide tailored lists of candidates based on your required SAP module (e.g. FICO, SuccessFactors), industry relevance, geographic region, or language capabilities.

Is there a cost to access the SAP talent pool?

There is no fee to access or request talent. You engage directly with the selected candidate under your own employment terms. SAP does not act as a staffing agency.

How can I train junior employees through SAP programs?

SAP offers a specialized partner enablement track through the SAP Digital Skills Center, allowing you to upskill early-career talent with guided training and certification support.

Is there funding support for SAP partner training programs?

Yes. SAP partners may be eligible for SAP development funds to cover training and certification costs. Eligibility depends on region, partner tier, and track. SAP will confirm funding eligibility upon nomination.

How do I nominate my employees for the SAP Partner Talent Program?

Partners can nominate employees by submitting a shortlist to the SAP Digital Skills Center. This includes basic details (name, CV, manager contact) and is followed by an SAP eligibility review and confirmation.

What certifications do employees earn after completing the program?

Participants earn SAP Associate-level certifications based on the training track you need. These are globally recognized credentials valid across the SAP ecosystem.

How can our institution offer SAP training to students?

You can partner with SAP through the Dual Study program or University Alliances. SAP provides curriculum resources, bootcamps, and certification pathways that can be embedded into your academic offerings.

Is there a cost for universities or students to participate?

SAP does not charge universities to participate in the SAP Dual Study program. Students may receive two certification attempts at no cost after registering for the SAP Learning Hub Student Edition.
