AI units are a commercial metric used to track and manage the consumption of AI-related services within SAP
Business Technology Platform. They work like credits or tokens and are required to access services such as
Joule, SAP Joule for Consultants, and other AI-powered services.
You need to purchase the stock keeping unit SAP Joule for Consultants (SKU: 8019164). Any SAP salesperson
can license the AI unit SKU. Please ensure that you have signed the applicable terms and conditions with
your account executive before proceeding.
