Kmart Group is part of the Wesfarmers Group, a large Australian conglomerate. When Wesfarmers spun off one of its supermarket businesses that owned most of its HR systems, Kmart Group seized the opportunity to reimagine how new HR technology could better support the business, now and for the next 10-15 years.
This one-stop shop needed a transformative, one-stop HR solution for its 50,000 employees who range in age from under 18 to over 60. Using the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution, managers can send goals to hundreds of team members with the touch of a button, track performance online, and know exactly which areas may need support, enabling them to be far more targeted and strategic in directing resources.
