GS Inima required a comprehensive view of its water treatment plants to enhance maintenance, monitor real-time KPIs, and make remote decisions. The absence of centralized data resulted in reactive maintenance, higher costs, and unnecessary site visits. Using SAP BTP, we developed a scalable cloud platform that integrates real-time data from various sources, providing a 360º plant view without compromising performance. The solution minimizes technician travel, offers a remote, interactive plant overview, and improves virtual training, continuously evolving to drive efficiency, sustainability, and usability.
