Wipro Enterprises has implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the SAP Payroll Processing for SAP S/4HANA application for managing employee data, various HR processes, and the salary process. In-house-built applications, which were used for insurance benefit enrollment, are no longer in use. This application is used by employees as a benefit enrollment platform for opting in for insurance plans, and by the payroll admins to receive all payroll-related inputs on insurance premium payments. The application also sends the employee/enrollment data to the insurer.
