Prerequisites:
An active subscription to an SAP cloud solution that has an integration with Joule. See the Works With list in the Overview section of this page.
During the contracting process of the Joule base entitlement here in SAP Store, you will be asked to select the SAP BTP global account that Joule should be added to.
Please note that Joule is a central service, and you should select the global account accordingly if you have multiple global accounts. We do not recommend choosing a line-of-business specific global account.
If you only have one BTP global account, the corresponding account. If you don’t have a BTP global account yet, you will receive one free of charge during activation.
