No, there will not be room at the event venue to store luggage or bags.
If you arrived from overseas on the day of the event with luggage but has yet to check in to the hotel, you may ask the hotel concierge to keep your luggage in the hotel storage room until you have time to check in.

Singapore has a tropical climate with warm and humid weather throughout the year. Daytime temperatures typically range between 26°C and 32°C, with occasional rain showers.

The event venue will be air-conditioned. For those prone to feeling cold, please bring along a jacket.
Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided during the event. Attendees joining the SAP Customer Excellence Awards Ceremony are also invited to the cocktail reception from 6:00 p.m. onwards. All food served at the event will be prepared without pork or lard.
