Capture all information for the load, such as product, hauler, packaging type, distances driven, and weights in and out. The weight ticket is updated as the load progresses based on milestones/activities, with real-time tracking. You can attach documents, add comments, and print the weight ticket.
Manage tote inventory accurately
The solution allows you to manage tote inventory with accurate quantities and for internal and vendor tote transfers. Print labels based on the number of totes and material weight and create the tote purchase order using existing data from multiple weight tickets.
Split payments to growers
It’s easy to split up grower payments to multiple payees based on agreements. Grower or producer payments are created based on the purchase order, and an accounts payable invoice is created automatically. A grower or producer report is also generated to provide details of the amounts being paid.

Automate processes directly from the weight ticket
The purchase order is usually created before the quantity or quality of the inbound shipment is known. With this solution, the weight ticket updates as the load progresses through normal activities, automating purchase order creation, posting goods received, and performing quality inspection tasks.
Update purchase order pricing based on quality results
Once the quality inspection is completed, purchase order pricing is automatically updated based on any penalties, premiums, or adjustments to the purchase order price. The updated pricing is the basis for the grower and producer payments.
Easily create grower and producer reports
The solution makes it easy to document the information you need to provide details in support of the amounts being paid to producers and growers, including ticket and purchase orders, quantity, quality results, and payment values, including base, premium, penalty, and net.
