Each document type from each partner runs on its own Connection, the layer that reads the document and interprets its data. Connections are built with AI assistance and improve with every correction, so automating a new partner takes minutes and coverage scales to hundreds of partners.

Once data is extracted, the platform validates it against your rules and matches it line by line against the relevant order. Configurable workflows apply your business logic and route only the documents that need a human decision to a dedicated workspace, with clear reason codes and a side-by-side view. Everything else is delivered straight into SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. Every step is recorded in a full audit trail, so the data in your SAP system is accurate, traceable and ready to use.
