A classifier identifies the document type at intake and routes it to the most suitable large language model (LLM). Delivery notes, order confirmations, packing lists, and customs documents are each processed by the model best fit to read them accurately.
Documents arrive through email, scanner, or direct upload, in paper or digital form. Handwritten notes, foreign-language text, and low-quality scans are processed without manual pre-cleaning, so input habits across plants and suppliers continue unchanged.
